Order Status Meanings:
- Processing - Order received, preparing to ship
- Shipped - Package in transit
- Out for Delivery - Arriving today
- Delivered - Package delivered
- Exception - Delay or issue (contact us)
Missing Items:
Check First:
- Multiple packages - Large orders may ship separately
- Delivery location - Check all possible delivery spots
- Neighbors - Ask if they received package
- Carrier - Contact for delivery details
If Truly Missing:
- Contact us immediately - Don't wait
- Provide order number - And tracking information
- File claim - We'll handle carrier claim
- Replacement shipped - Usually same day
Common "Missing" Items:
