- Separate tracking number - Check your email
- Small package - USPS or UPS small parcel
- Usually arrives after - Main flagpole package

If You Haven't Received It:
Check Your Email:
- Look for second tracking number
- Check spam/junk folder
- Search for "Atlantic Flagpole" or "tracking"
Check Delivery Locations:
- Mailbox (if USPS)
- Front door/porch
- Package locker
- Leasing office (apartments)
Wait a Few Days:
- May arrive 1-3 days after main package
- Sometimes marked delivered early
- Check daily for small package

Installation:
Once received, installation is simple:
- Screw onto top of flagpole
- Hand-tighten securely
