I love my flag pole, looks great. The only thing I am disappointed about, the top of the flag pole moves back and forth alot in mild wind. We get strong winds here and I am a little concerned.

America 250th!

It took a little bit of time to get here but it was worth it. We live in a retirement community in Arizona where Golf Carts are used very frequently used as a mode of travel in our community. I have seen several times that the Cart slows down and fingers point to my Atlantic Flagpole, with the American flag and the 250th Commemorative flag are flying together.

• “Two Lights, Two Failures, Two Years”

I’ve been a customer of Atlantic Flag & Pole for a couple of years and the flagpole itself is genuinely excellent — no complaints there. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for their 800 series solar light. This is the second solar light I’ve gone through in two years. The first failed within a year and was replaced at no charge, which I appreciated. The replacement has now failed at the same point in its life — around the one-year mark. What makes this especially frustrating is that I took deliberate steps to protect the light. Living in Ohio, I brought it indoors every winter to shield it from the harsh weather. Despite that extra care, it still didn’t last. When I contacted customer support, the team was courteous and professional. But the resolution — a 30% discount toward another $300 light — doesn’t feel fair given the pattern of failure. I’m essentially being asked to pay full price again for a product that has proven it won’t last. I fly the American flag and I take that seriously. I want a reliable light on that pole. At this price point, I expected better longevity and better backing from the company when things go wrong. If you’re considering the flagpole, go for it. But I’d think carefully before investing in the solar light accessory until Atlantic Flag & Pole addresses the reliability issues and stands behind the product more fully.

The pole n flag system is great n' beautiful, but I definately don't like how the wind wobbles the pole at the top with moderate wind or alittle stronger. Otherwise my husband can operate the telescopic pole adjustment even thou he has a handicap hand. So thats the good part. Just wish it didn't wobble in the wind.

I purchased a 25' Phoenix flagpole from Atlantic Flag & Pole in April 2022. After 4 years of 365 day a year use, the plastic rings broke and some other items experienced wear and tear. Replacing them was no problem at all. Within a day of my email, the team had reached out to me and fulfilled my order for parts and shipping. All parts were under warranty, and the Youtube video on how to disassemble the pole, repair/replace the parts, and reassemble was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about how this company stands by its product and supports its customer base. Make the investment and buy from Atlantic Flag & Pole. You will have no regrets!! Looks cheap

Color is good but the flag is very thin and looks cheap to me. Cannot imagine it lasting very long. Ask me again in a couple months. The grommets are far too deep into the fabric. Makes connecting it to the clips almost impossible.

New replacement flag

After 5 years my original flag needed to be replaced. Not because it was torn or tattered. It was just not as vivid and bright as I thought it could be. The sun here in Calabash NC is very brutal and the wind is harsh. The new flag is outstanding. Construction and materials are second to none. Flying high on my 25 foot black/bronze pole there is no more beautiful sight to look upon. Thank you Atlantic Flag & Pole.

Phoenix 20' Telescoping Original Premier Flagpole Package

I purchased my flagpole about 2 weeks ago and it arrived promptly within 4 days. I got busy and did the install that same day. It was really quite a simple job and I was done in about an hour. The quality of this flagpole is impressive. I purchased the black/bronze pole and it's a nice departure from the standard silver you see everywhere. I also complemented the pole with the black/bronze flash collar and the ball topper. Raising and lowering the flagpole is very simple and I am impressed with the locking mechanisms between the sections. I had been looking at flagpoles over the years and I am glad I came across this offering. The only thing I need to do now is pick out which flag I'll fly as my second on the pole. I highly recommend this flagpole.

Garbage parts

I just replaced a full set of these less than a year ago (and not the 1st time) I change out my flag about every 3 months. I don't let the sections slam into each other. I take very good care of my things. Then to charge $20 shipping...... What a slap in the face. How much did it weight? Less than 10oz and its the size of a coke can. Sates a lot when a company nickel and dimes you for extra pennies .Guess I'll start looking for a quality part from China from now on.

Issues with getting in touch with company for replacement parts

Let me say, I overall love the flagpole but I’ve had problems with replacement parts of the support joints on my flag pole. The problem isn’t just with the parts themselves but with the company returning my calls and emails. The first time I tried contacting them, it took three calls and at least two emails to hear back from them. I’m having a second issue and have not heard back after placing a call to the number on the web site. Maybe they are closed for the holidays but for some reason they are very slow to respond to me. I’ve yet to hear back from them after leaving a voicemail about a week ago.

Realistically, it should cost around $500. for the 25'. It is very nice but not worth $700.+ Also, you should delete your own YouTube video and urge customers to watch the Fairybell company ones. Thank you very much your vid but it created more confusion than immediate clarity.
