The pole n flag system is great n' beautiful, but I definately don't like how the wind wobbles the pole at the top with moderate wind or alittle stronger. Otherwise my husband can operate the telescopic pole adjustment even thou he has a handicap hand. So thats the good part. Just wish it didn't wobble in the wind.

I purchased a 25' Phoenix flagpole from Atlantic Flag & Pole in April 2022. After 4 years of 365 day a year use, the plastic rings broke and some other items experienced wear and tear. Replacing them was no problem at all. Within a day of my email, the team had reached out to me and fulfilled my order for parts and shipping. Looks cheap

Color is good but the flag is very thin and looks cheap to me. Cannot imagine it lasting very long. Ask me again in a couple months. The grommets are far too deep into the fabric. Makes connecting it to the clips almost impossible.

The sun here in Calabash NC is very brutal and the wind is harsh. The new flag is outstanding. Construction and materials are second to none. Phoenix 20' Telescoping Original Premier Flagpole Package

I purchased my flagpole about 2 weeks ago and it arrived promptly within 4 days. I got busy and did the install that same day. It was really quite a simple job and I was done in about an hour. The quality of this flagpole is impressive. I purchased the black/bronze pole and it's a nice departure from the standard silver you see everywhere. I also complemented the pole with the black/bronze flash collar and the ball topper. Raising and lowering the flagpole is very simple and I am impressed with the locking mechanisms between the sections. I had been looking at flagpoles over the years and I am glad I came across this offering. The only thing I need to do now is pick out which flag I'll fly as my second on the pole. I highly recommend this flagpole.

Garbage parts

I just replaced a full set of these less than a year ago (and not the 1st time) I change out my flag about every 3 months. I don't let the sections slam into each other. I take very good care of my things. Then to charge $20 shipping...... What a slap in the face. How much did it weight? Less than 10oz and its the size of a coke can. Sates a lot when a company nickel and dimes you for extra pennies .Guess I'll start looking for a quality part from China from now on.

Issues with getting in touch with company for replacement parts

Let me say, I overall love the flagpole but I’ve had problems with replacement parts of the support joints on my flag pole. The problem isn’t just with the parts themselves but with the company returning my calls and emails. The first time I tried contacting them, it took three calls and at least two emails to hear back from them. I’m having a second issue and have not heard back after placing a call to the number on the web site. Maybe they are closed for the holidays but for some reason they are very slow to respond to me. I’ve yet to hear back from them after leaving a voicemail about a week ago.

Phoenix 20' Flag Pole

The time came to replace inner part, supposedly stronger composite. Was skeptical about replacing them seamlessly. Called on a Saturday, no answer, emailed same day, no answer, the only support was by email by Kevin/Nick who had a condescending attitude. Got the parts, the large post part either off round or what ever, did not fit and got stuck without popping into place, tried to call, replace, no response. Not a fan of Nick, Kevin and post covid dont talk to people customer service. The forever warranty covers everything except the replacement parts? The only thing I can do since these guys have tossed this purchase aside is give a poor review and go with a competitor.

one of the parts had a drill hole that wouldn't work. Having been a machinist I could see the problem by comparing the location of the drill hole to the broken part and saw the problem. With just a minor touchup of the hole with a very small drill bit I got it to work but am concerned that there might be a problem in the future.

Communication Problem!

I have tried to reach out to Atlantic Flagpole sveral times about a concearn I'm having with each time falling on deaf ears. With the amout the Flagpole cost you would think they would be easily accessible but that's not the case.

Parts were delivered quickly so I could get my flag flying again! I did find that the sleeves have to be a matched set as I found out the middle bottom section did not fit to the new upper section. The flanges from the new to old were different lengths (shorter) so they would not lock. I replaced the bottom section and all was good. Thanks for the great support!

Love my flagpole!

I ordered my flagpole on 8/29. I had trouble applying one of the coupon codes so I called and some helped me (possibly Nick, I think). He was super helpful! My pole arrived on Friday 9/5. I dug the hole and set the sleeve in concrete on 9/6. I waited a few days to install the pole and once I did, I flew my flag at half staff for Charlie Kirk. Although it was a horrific tragedy for our country, I was very pleased that the telescoping pole is able to fly the flag at half staff without installing a rope and pulley or even a tether and weight. NO support

I loved my flagpole for the first couple years but recently the plastic lock for the telescoping function broke. I paid almost $60 for the replacement part with the forever warranty? The part did not fit correctly and would not lock securely. The pole dropped quickly and broke the second connecting lock, now I have 2 more replacement parts to buy after buying the first. I can not reach the company by phone and I have sent several contact requests with no reply. It looks like I have some VERY expensive scrap aluminum.
