It is a shame the plastic doesn't last longer. Yet they sell you a solar light and an eagle topper that the "forever" warranty voids.... So every 6-8 months plan on replacing out of your pocket.

My review

I like the flag pole just fine. It looks nice. But I have tried to get in touch with you about the refund due to me of $210. It had items on it that I did not order and did not receive. I had to email with Kevin who issued this refund on July 3 but it has never been on my credit card. I tried to actually call and talk to a real person. Please take care of this. The flag pole itself is really nice but we need to get this other problem corrected. Thank you.

I love everything about this pole and system!!! the only issue I have is the flag attachments don't always swivel properly. I know they said no lubrication is required, but is there anything that can help?

Yeah it's nice, but for a thin piece of aluminum no heavier than a pie tin, good gravy it's expensive. I'd say $29 would be fair.

Great product, easy setup due to clear directions, glad I did the upgrades, only wish they had included the hole digging as I'm on clay! :)) Speaking of, make sure and stick to the dimensions for the hole, that made it perfect for (4) 60# bags of cement, and a 5 g. bucket of 3/4 gravel. Neighbor already approved the look...

Needed some replacement parts for my flagpole. Contacted Atlantic Flagpole. Kevin was very quick to respond. Sent me a diagram to decide what parts I needed. Received them very quick. This flagpole is absolutely what I have wanted since I moved into my house some 25 years ago, tried a few, but eh, they all failed after a few weeks. it was easy to install, and now can fly my Great American Flag, with my Navy Flag, and they look great!!! never got the security clamp, but eh, the customer service responded with great enthusiasm all in all though, I am flying my Flag!!
