Great customer service! ID'd my concerns and quickly solved them. The only issue I had was one of the plastic sleeves the holes did not line up with the flagpole holes. This required a bit of tweaking that took some additional time. My flagpole is back in service, Thank you! Ron M.

This flagpole is absolutely what I have wanted since I moved into my house some 25 years ago, tried a few, but eh, they all failed after a few weeks. it was easy to install, and now can fly my Great American Flag, with my Navy Flag, and they look great!!! never got the security clamp, but eh, the customer service responded with great enthusiasm all in all though, I am flying my Flag!!

Holes Don’t Align

I sent Kevin a photo showing that the new higher collared interlock would not line up with the holes in the pole because it couldn’t go on far enough. I had to oversize the holes on the pole to make it work. Please call me if you have any questions 989-551-0622.

We were so excited to add this addition to our home. And when it came, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality. My husband solely put this up himself. Digging the hole is a little challenging at his age but bravo, well done! He was a proud veteran and was so excited too. Add this to our home. We received the ego at the top after the shipments of everything else came in. We were a little nervous about receiving it so I contacted the company and they were so gracious to make sure that it was on its way. Would definitely purchase from this company again thank you Atlantic flag pole for taking care of us since this beautiful made in America addition to our home. God bless this country.

600 series light

It is just bright enough on my 20’ pole. It is not too bright according to the neighbors.

Excellent warranty support

Discovered there was an issue with my telescoping flag pole where two sections would not lock-in and stay up. I reviewed the support video on YouTube which shows how to disassemble and check the inner components. Great video and easy to follow. Found there were two inner brackets needing to be replaced so initiated the warranty claim process. Received a quick response the day I sent the request and received the replacement kit within a week. Replaced all the internal locking mechanisms and the flag pole is just like new once again. A nice experience just as it was when purchasing the flag pole!

Looks Great from One Side, Mirrored from the Other

The flag itself appears to be well made and the material quality is very good. My only disappointment is that I didn't realize it was a **single-reverse** flag. The artwork looks great from the front, but from the opposite side everything is mirrored, which looks unusual—especially with the lettering and detailed design. I understand this is common in many flags, but for a commemorative flag like this I was expecting the design to read correctly from both sides. I think the product description should make that more prominent so buyers know what to expect before ordering. If you're comfortable with a single-reverse flag, you'll probably be very happy with it. If you're looking for a display-quality commemorative flag that looks correct from both sides, you may want to look for a double-sided version if they even make that, which I do not think they do. I would not buy this again, thinking about sending it back.
