Hole Didn't Line Up

One of the replacement fitting holes would not line up, even when fully seated on the pole. This resulted in the bolt head not sitting flush in the fitting countersink. The misalignment was significant enough to cause the pole section to not fit inside the next larger section. I removed the plastic fitting and using a drill, enlarged the hole and countersink, allowing the bolt head to sit flush. Other than that, the install went well. The videos were very helpful in the overall process.

So far so good on the replacement solar light

My solar light failed after a few months. Contacted the company and they honored the warranty and sent me a new one. I did have to pay for shipping but received a new one. Had it up for a few days now and working fine so far. Let’s hope this one will last a it longer.

Warranty Coverage Works Super

I recently had to take my flagpole down to repair it, because my 20' flagpole was only 15' . I ordered the parts prior to noticing that the repair parts were covered free by the warranty on my 20' Phoenix telescoping flagpole. There are very useful videos on the website, that show how to take apart the pole and find the parts needing repair. It took approximately a week for my parts to arrive, and my flags are flying high again! The only thing I had to cover was shipping for the parts. Thanks for being a reputable American company that stands behind your products!

Review after 8 years of owning Atlantic Flag & Pole Telescoping 25' FlagPole

I paid over $800 dollars in 2018 for this Flagpole. I cannot honestly give this flagpole a 5 star rating when this is the second time I have had to replace the inter locking replacement parts. Upon the requirement for the second time parts replacement, I had the flag pole to it's third position before full extension to 25'. It had stayed in this position for an approximate year, when I needed to replace the flag, when I discovered two of the interlock sections were broken again. The fact of Lifetime replacement parts for internals is positive, but I am 76 years old and don't like the idea of more times of wrestling with 25' of flagpole, I saw no difference in the replacement parts with what I removed. So that tells me if I let the sections slip out of my hands, I will be asking for more new parts.

So far so good. But with a 25' poll they should give larger flags. the 5'X8' looks like a postage stamp. Lastly, I notice the swivels don't always keep up. Other than that I'm happy with the product

do i have a different (older) model?

I am not certain that the replacement parts are the same as the originals. Is it possible that I have a different model? Also different from the one in the repair demo?

Repaired Flagpole

A little challenging but the online video helped.

Product: Telescoping Flagpole Replacement Part Kits

It seems ok and looks good. Only complaint is the weight to raise and lower is quite a lot (for an 80 year old) and the twist to lock seems awkward. I'm a little concerned it could fly apart in a strong wind but will see. ---- Gary Lewis

It is a shame the plastic doesn't last longer. Yet they sell you a solar light and an eagle topper that the "forever" warranty voids.... So every 6-8 months plan on replacing out of your pocket.

My review

I like the flag pole just fine. It looks nice. But I have tried to get in touch with you about the refund due to me of $210. It had items on it that I did not order and did not receive. I had to email with Kevin who issued this refund on July 3 but it has never been on my credit card. I tried to actually call and talk to a real person. Please take care of this. The flag pole itself is really nice but we need to get this other problem corrected. Thank you.

Owner

I love everything about this pole and system!!! the only issue I have is the flag attachments don't always swivel properly. I know they said no lubrication is required, but is there anything that can help?

Overpriced

Yeah it's nice, but for a thin piece of aluminum no heavier than a pie tin, good gravy it's expensive. I'd say $29 would be fair.

Great Flagpole!

Great product, easy setup due to clear directions, glad I did the upgrades, only wish they had included the hole digging as I'm on clay! :)) Speaking of, make sure and stick to the dimensions for the hole, that made it perfect for (4) 60# bags of cement, and a 5 g. bucket of 3/4 gravel. Neighbor already approved the look...
